<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator control device capable of performing stopping at the nearest floor or emergency stopping gentle to passengers and elevator instruments while running time of a cage upon occurrence of an earthquake is minimized as far as possible, and to provide an elevator device provided with the elevator control device and an elevator control method. <P>SOLUTION: The elevator control device includes: a cage position detection part 1a detecting the position of the cage C; an advancer calculation part 1d generating advancer information; a stopping pattern determination part 10 upon earthquake selecting the stopping pattern of the cage C on the basis of positional information and advancer information of the cage C when earthquake information is received; an emergency deceleration command part 1e commanding an operation pattern for emergency stopping of the cage C upon determination of emergency stopping; a speed pattern generation part 1f generating an operation pattern for stopping the cage C upon determination of stopping at the nearest floor; and a speed command part 1g commanding a driving device D on the basis of the command from the emergency deceleration command part 1e and the speed pattern generation part 1f. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
