<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pin header capable of simplifying a step for assembling an electronic apparatus, and miniaturizing the electronic apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: A pin header 30 can electrically connect a first circuit board 10 and a second circuit board 20 opposed to each other at a predetermined interval, and can be surface-mounted to a top face 10a of the first circuit board 10. The pin header 30 comprises a housing 31 which can be arranged on the top face 10a of the first circuit board 10; a pin-type terminal 32, whose one end 32a can be soldered to the second circuit board 20, whose other end 32b can be soldered to the top face 10a of the first circuit board 10, and which is aligned on the housing 31 so that one end 32a projects; and a pedestal part 33, which is formed at one part of the housing 31, which is higher than the housing 31 in a direction of the second circuit board 20, and which can support the second circuit board 20.
