<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication device and communication method that are for a plurality of communication systems and has no gap in decimation positions of signals between antennas. <P>SOLUTION: Reception signal processing parts 6-1 to 6-N process signals received at each of a plurality of antennas. The reception signal processing parts 6-1 to 6-N include decimation parts performing thinning-out so that the sample number of the input reception signals is reduced in a predetermined ratio.
