摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power measuring device, a power measuring method and a power measuring program in which change of an electric device to be measured and variation in load may be followed while reducing a circuit scale of a voltage measuring device. <P>SOLUTION: A zero-cross detection part 11 detects a positive cross point on which a voltage of an electric device crosses a reference potential in a negative-to-positive direction or a negative cross point on which the voltage crosses the reference potential in a positive-to-negative direction. A current measurement part 13 measures an instantaneous current value of the electric device. A voltage value generation part 12 generates an instantaneous voltage value on the basis of a sine wave with a time base adjusted by applying a base point of the sine wave with a prescribed peak value to the positive cross point or the negative cross point. A power calculation part 15 multiplies the instantaneous voltage value generated by the voltage value generation part 12 by an instantaneous current value obtained at the same timing and calculates a power value by averaging values thus obtained through multiplication over time between adjacent positive points or adjacent negative points. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
