<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a monolithic molded article as an adsorbent for a chromatography column or capillary tubes, where the molded article remains directly in a gelling mold after production. <P>SOLUTION: There is disclosed a method for producing a monolithic porous molded article completely filling the gelling mold, comprising: (a) a step of providing a gelling mold; (b) a step of activating the gelling mold by surface etching, increasing the surface and/or chemical modification; (c) a step of filling the gelling mold with monomer sol; and (d) a step of polymerizing the monomer sol and aging the obtained gel to form pores. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
