<p>[Problem] To reduce noise occurring while a motor of a seatbelt winding system is driven. [Solution] A seatbelt winding system (1) is provided with: a seatbelt retractor (11) on the driver's seat side; a seatbelt retractor (21) on the front passenger's seat side; and an ECU (2) provided to the seatbelt retractor (11) on the driver's seat side. The seatbelt retractor (11) is provided with: a spool (13) for winding a seatbelt (12) located on the driver's seat side; a motor (14) for rotating the spool (13); and a motor drive circuit board (16) having a driver (31) for driving the motor (14). The seatbelt retractor (21) is provided with a spool (23) for winding a seatbelt (22) located on the front passenger's seat side; a motor (24) for rotating the spool (23); and a motor drive circuit board (26) having a driver (41) for driving the motor (24).</p>
