SUBNET MANAGEMENT METHOD, BUS ADAPTER IN COMPUTER SYSTEM AND COMPUTER SYSTEM

Disclosed is a subnet management method in a computer system, wherein network addresses are distributed for each subnet node in a subnet by a bus adapter; a node controller chip and at least a central processing unit are included in each subnet node, which is connected to a Peripheral Component Interconnection Express (PCIE) bus via a bridge chip; the bus adapter is plugged in the slot of the PCIE bus; and the network address of each subnet node is stored by the bus adapter, in order to realize communications between the subnet nodes. The present invention also discloses a corresponding computer system and a bus adapter.
