<p>A camera (1) forms a group of viewpoint images at maximum aperture, obtains disparity information from the group of viewpoint images, forms a group of viewpoint images at a small aperture, obtains a generally sharp two-dimensional image, determines a location at which a blurring process is to be performed on the two-dimensional image on the basis of the disparity information, and performs the blurring process at this location. This makes it possible to apply blurring in a split-pupil imaging device to an appropriate position according to the disparity information in which the distance to the subject, the size of the disparity, or the like is indicated.</p> |
