<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet recording medium excellent in dye ink suitability (specifically, capable of suppressing bleeding of the dye ink and capable of improving printing density by the dye ink), excellent in a gloss level, and also excellent in pigment ink suitability and its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: The inkjet recording medium comprises an ink accepting layer on a support body. The ink accepting layer comprises a first layer containing inorganic fine particles and formed of first application liquid in which zeta potential is +10 mV or more, a second layer containing inorganic fine particles and formed of second application liquid in which the zeta potential is -50 mV or more and -10 mV or less, and an uppermost layer farthest from the supporting body, containing colloidal silica, and formed of third application liquid in which the zeta potential is -50 mV or more and -10 mV or less, in this order from a support body side. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
