The device (1) is equipped with a striking part (5) acting on an axially movable striking tool (2) with a central bore (4) for a rinsing fluid and with a rinsing head (6) with radial bores (8) connected to a fluid duct (7). The shaft (3) of the tool (2) is accommodated inside the hollow rinsing head (6). The striking part (5) is provided with two outer sealing elements (11a, 11b). The guiding surface is formed by a coaxial positioned bearing sleeve (12) accommodated inside the rinsing head (6).
