<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting structure of a door weather strip capable of reliably fixing and holding a sub lip even when the projecting length of the sub lip to be elastically brought into contact with an opening edge of an opening part on a vehicle body side is gradually changed so as to be increased downward on an outer corner part of a root part of a front end of a door sash. <P>SOLUTION: An anchor block 12 is integrally projected together with a groove part 11 on a back side of a gradually changing shape part 10a of a sub lip 10 integrated with a seal lip 9. The anchor block 12 is crosslinkingly fitted and held between a door inner panel 5 and a door outer panel 4 so as to be straddled in an upper surface opening part 6 of a door body 2.
