The fastening arrangement (1) has a holding portion (7) with a support section for carrying the lightweight panel (4), and a fastening portion (8) for anchoring on the wall (3). The support section is arranged in receptacle, and the upper and lower cover plates contact in assembled state. The holding portion is equipped with a wall fixing portion which is integrally formed with support section and fastening portions (7.21b).
