PURPOSE: A signal jamming apparatus is provided to execute the radio disturbance of signals based on phase values by storing the phase values of frequency band signals including a jamming target signal. CONSTITUTION: A jamming target signal search unit(110) searches jamming target signals. A phase information processing unit(120) extracts phase information from the searched jamming target signal. The phase information processing unit stores the phase information extracted during the set primary time. A noise information processing unit(130) reflects noise information to the stored phase information. A jamming signal output unit(140) outputs the jamming signal during the set secondary time.
