摘要

The present invention relates to an Insulator construct for controlling leaky expression of a lethal gene from enhanc-ing functions of a strong constitutive promoter present in the said Insulator construct following integration into the genome of a plant and a method for development of male sterile lines in crop plants using the said Insulator construct.
