PURPOSE: Sikhae(fermented fishes with grains) using dried marine products, and a producing method thereof are provided to enable users to eat the sikhae without an aging process. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of sikhae(fermented fishes with grains) using dried marine products comprises the following steps: dressing the dried or semi-dried marine products; cooking hard-boiled rice, and mixing malt powder with the rice to obtain a hard-boiled rice mixture; mixing 100 parts of radish slices by weight, 18-22 parts of chives by weight, 14-18 parts of onion by weight, 10-16 parts of red pepper powder by weight, 6-10 parts of garlic by weight, 5-7 parts of salt by weight, 2-4 parts of sesame seeds by weight, and 1-2 parts of ginger to obtain a seasoning mixture; mixing the seasoning mixture with turmeric powder and Korean leeks to obtain a final seasoning mixture; and mixing 10 parts of marine products by weight, 20-25 parts of hard-boiled rice mixture by weight, and 160-180 parts of final seasoning mixture by weight to obtain the sikhae.
