RELAY SYSTEM AND RELAY METHOD FOR OVERSEAS PATIENT AND DOMESTIC HOSPITAL

PURPOSE: A relay system and relay method for an overseas patient and a domestic hospital are provided to allow overseas patients to pay medical expenses for their medial services provided from domestic hospitals by using the insurance received from insurance companies of native countries. CONSTITUTION: A medical expenses claiming unit(140) receives the medical expenses for overseas patients from domestic hospitals. A medical expense payment unit(150) pays the medical expenses to the domestic hospitals. An insurance processor(160) receives from insurance companies the insurance money for the insurance registered by the overseas patients. Medical expenses are smaller than the maximum guarantee money ensured by the insurance. The insurance processor receives the insurance money after claiming the insurance money to the insurance companies.
