PURPOSE: A rotary apparatus is provided to coaxially fix a bearing to an input shaft even when the center of a through hole is dislocated from the center of the input shaft. CONSTITUTION: A rotary apparatus(1) comprises a rotary electric member(100) and a decelerator(200). The rotary electric member comprises an armature or a field magnet as a rotor(111) and the other one as a stator(113). The decelerator comprises an input shaft(211) and an output shaft(221). The input shaft comprises a roller gear cam(212). A cam follower(222) connected to the roller gear cam is formed on an outer circumference of the output shaft. The output shaft is vertically extended to the input shaft. The rotary electric member comprises a rotary shaft(101) and a bearing support member(140).
