PURPOSE: A diopter glasses lens assembly for 3D glasses is provided to enable a user to clearly watch a 3D image by attaching a flexible shutter panel to a diopter glasses lens. CONSTITUTION: A flexible shutter panel(25) is bonded to one side of a diopter glasses lens. A second flexible substrate is separated from the first flexible substrate. A pair of polarizing plates are formed on an opposite surface to the surface where the first flexible substrate faces the second flexible substrate. A pair of transparent electrodes are formed with a liquid driving electrode pattern and a signal connection electrode pattern. A liquid crystal layer is filled between the first flexible substrate and the second flexible substrate.
