MANUFACTURING METHOD SEAT AND CUSHION MATERIAL USING PHASE CHANGE MATERIAL AND AROMA

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of sheet materials and cushion materials using phase change material(PCM) and aroma is provided to control temperature of cushion materials to be constant and remove bad smell. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of sheet materials and cushion materials using phase change material(PCM) and aroma comprises the following steps: mixing PCM with additives which is composed of aroma at a mass ratio of 1:1 and shattering into pieces having a size of 20-50 micro meters; stirring and mixing liquid resin which is composed of silicon with additive for 1-2 hours; molding the cushion materials by using the mixture and a solid resin; forming a coating layer(200) by coating the total area of the cushion material with the additive by impregnating or spraying the additive; and drying the cushion material on which the coating layer is formed. The mixture comprises 72-80 wt% of silicon, 10-15 wt% of PCM and 10-13 wt% of aroma.
