PURPOSE: An apparatus for controlling fermentation of an open fermentation bath is provided to improve fermentation efficiency without special power. CONSTITUTION: A detachable apparatus for controlling fermentation is formed in a hollow pipe with closed lower portion and open upper portion to easily discharge gas. The apparatus comprises: a spiral screw at the outer upper portion of an anti-floating plate(60) at the lower portion; a lever groove(80) for rotating the apparatus at the upper portion; and a pin hold(70) for fixing the position at the lower portion. |
