PURPOSE: A method for quantitative analysis of Bcr/Abl hybrid protein using a mass spectrometer is provided to ensure excellent analysis accuracy. CONSTITUTION: A composition for quantitative measurement of Bcr-Abl hybrid or Abl matant protein with gleevec tolerance contains a peptide of LGGGQHGEVYEGVWK(sequence 1) or PPFYIIIE(sequence number 7) as an active ingredient. The tytosine residue of the peptide is phosphorylated. Valine, isoleucine, lysine, or leucine in the peptide is substituted with isotope. A method for quantitation of Bcr-Abl hybrid or Abl mutant protein having gleevec resistance comprises: a step of isolating a target protein from a sample; a step of treating the protein with protease; and a step of performing mass spectrometry of the treated peptides.
