PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of thermoplastic polymer composite materials is provided to provide composites which have enhanced strength and elongation as content of suspension polymer is increased. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of thermoplastic polymer composite materials comprises the following steps: providing one or more aqueous polymer dispersions of suspension polymer having the glass transition temperature of (-40) - 80 deg. Celsius using a suspension polymerization method; forming an aqueous dispersion mixture among the aqueous dispersion by mixing one or more crosslinking rubbers having the grain size of 43 microns(325 mesh) - 11,100 microns(2 mesh) with the polymer aqueous dispersion of the suspension polymer; reducing the amount of water content of the aqueous dispersion mixture; and forming products.
