A mounting arrangement is disclose for securing a threaded neck of a fluid transport vessel to a support member. The mounting includes a threaded flange that mates with the neck. The flange is secured to the support member. A portion of the flange is slotted radially to comprise two leaves. A driving mechanism is connected between the leaves to move the leaves toward or away from one another. When the leaves are moved sufficiently relative to one another, the threads of the flange axially pinch the threads of the neck to inhibit rotation of the cylinder relative to the support member.
