PURPOSE: A solar cell and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve brightness and space availability by forming a display integrated BIPV(Building Integrated Photovoltaic System) module. CONSTITUTION: A rear electrode layer(200) is formed on a support substrate(100). A light absorbing layer(300) is formed on the rear electrode layer. A buffer layer(400) is formed on the light absorbing layer. A high resistive buffer layer(500) is formed on the buffer layer. A window layer(600) is formed on the high resistive buffer layer. |
