PURPOSE: The washing and cooling apparatus of a venturi scrubber and a system for treating exhaust gas using the same are provided to improve corrosion resistance characteristic during the cooling process of exhaust gas. CONSTITUTION: The washing and cooling apparatus of a venturi scrubber includes exhaust gas introducing parts(110, 125), a flux increasing part(120), a coolant spraying part(140), an exhaust gas mixing part(150), a water curtain generating part(130), and a discharging part. The flux increasing part is tapered in order to increase the flux of exhaust gas. The coolant spraying part sprays first coolant. The exhaust gas mixing part cools and washes the exhaust gas through the flux increasing part. The water curtain generating part supplies second coolant in order to prevent the generation of corrosion at the inner wall of the exhaust gas mixing part. Exhaust gas mixed with the first coolant is discharged through the discharging part.
