PURPOSE: An opening/closing device is provided to uniformly discharge granular materials through an outlet of a hopper using an opening and closing member for opening and closing the outlet in a multi-stage form. CONSTITUTION: An opening/closing device includes a hopper(20), a first opening and closing member(30), and a second opening and closing member. The hopper has a shape with the wide upper side and the narrow lower side, and includes an outlet(24) on the lower side and an opening on the upper side. The first opening and closing member is movably installed inside the hopper, and has a cone shape widening toward the lower side. The first opening and closing member firstly blocks the outlet. The second opening and closing member is installed on the first opening and closing member to be slid for opening and closing the inside of the outlet.
