Note here that cover part is provided with capping part to be screwed on neck and made integral with cylindrical part to extend from capping part top surface, and inner peripheral cylindrical part that extends downward from capping part top rear surface along the same plane cylindrical part inner peripheral surface extends. Cover part has closing wall to stop the neck inside cylindrical part. Cylindrical part has different inner diameters on closing wall top and bottom sides. Note also that inner diameter on bottom side exceeding that on top side by closing wall thickness. Cap is provided with discharge hole and cutting part to cut closing wall.
