摘要 <p>Thermosetting resin composition, obtained from contacting: at least one precursor of thermosetting resin, where the precursor contains hydroxyl group and/or epoxy group, and optionally ester group, with at least one hardener comprising carboxylic acids, in the presence of at least one transesterification catalyst whose total quantity is 5-25% of the total molar amount of hydroxyl and epoxy content in the precursor, where the amount of hardener is selected so that the resin is in the form of a network having a structure of formula as given in the specification, is claimed. Independent claims are included for: (1) a repairable epoxy resin composition comprising first composition containing non crosslinked epoxy resin and a second composition comprising a crosslinking agent based on carboxylic acid and a reaction catalyst, where the first and second compositions are mixed just before use, the amount of acid being sufficient for all the epoxy group are capable of reacting with carboxylic acid group; (2) a thermosetting material composition comprising at least one thermosetting resin and at least one component comprising polymers, pigments, dyes, fillers, plasticizers, fibers, flame retarding agents, anti oxidants, lubricants, wood, glass, and metals; (3) a kit for the preparation of the thermosetting resin or the material comprising at least one first composition comprising a thermosetting resin precursor, where the precursor of thermosetting resin contains hydroxyl group and/or epoxy group, and optionally ester group, at least one second composition comprising the hardener comprising carboxylic acids and at least one transesterification catalyst, the first and second composition being in special packaging to prevent the cross-linking reaction between the precursor and hardener to occur without the intervention of a operator; (4) a process for the preparation of an object based on the composition comprising: (a) contacting the first composition comprising at least a thermosetting resin precursor, with a second composition comprising at least one hardener comprising carboxylic acid acids in the presence of at least one transesterification catalyst, (b) forming the composition, (c) applying energy for hardening of the resin, and (d) cooling of the cured resin; (5) an object-based thermosetting resin obtained by the process; (6) a process for transformation of at least one object comprising applying to the object, mechanical constraint at a temperature (T) above room temperature, preferably above the glass transition temperature Tg of the material of the object; and (7) a process for recycling of the object comprising: reduction of the object in the particle by application of mechanical grinding, and implementation of the particles in transformation process.</p>
