The stopper has a thrust bearing (1) and a U-shaped leaf retainer (2) mounted inside a rectangular casing (5), where the stopper is made of stainless material, synthetic material or corrosion resistant material. A lowest plane serves as a receiving surface of a widest part of the bearing. A return element (16) is placed on an upper end of the casing. The return element enables freeing a horizontal space between the casing and a narrowest end of the bearing so as to allow rotation of the return element towards bottom of the bearing.
