A method for provision of zone information to the user via a mobile electron device comprising a user localizer and including installation of software for providing zone information; determination of coordinates of the user zone location by means of the localizer of user mobile electron device. While content formation the zone is described at list by two borders, one of which determines the zone territory for identification an event of user entering to the zone according coordinates, the second one determines the zone territory for identification an event of user exit from the zone according coordinates.
