METHOD AND DEVICE FOR COSMETIC PRODUCT STERILISATION

FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to cosmetic product sterilisation. For this purpose, the cosmetic product representing a fluid medium circulates under pressure adjusted by the viscosity of said fluid medium in a sterilisation circuit in the form of a coil tubing passing thought a bath. A sterilisation process involves the following sequential procedures. The sterilised cosmetic product is pre-heated in a pre-heating bath heated to temperature 90 degrees Celsius wherein the product is heated to temperature at least 70C. It is followed by fast heating for a few seconds of the pre-heated cosmetic product in the heating bath heated to 180 degrees Celsius so that to heat the product to temperature at least 135C. Then the heated cosmetic product is immediately and quickly frozen in a cooling glycolic bath. The cooled product is conditioned in the sterile environment.
