A regenerating drum magnetic separator comprises a shell mounted with possibility of rotation, a countercurrent vat for passing therein of a pulp with ferromagnetic heaver, a magnetic system, ejector and cleaning scrapers. The magnetic system is made with alternating polarity of permanent magnets along the shell axis. The permanent magnets have different heights and are mounted with a gradual reduction of their height from the zone of maximum immersion of the shell into the countercurrent vat toward the opposite ends of magnetic system. |
