A method for propagating in vitro and adapting propagation material of basket willow (Salix viminalis L.) for bioenergetics such that microclonal propagation of golden sunshine willow (Salix sachalinensis F. Schmidt) is carried out taking into account modified stages of microclonal propagation thereof. To obtain quality propagation material of the basket willow, such indices are taken into account: the term of selecting explants, a concentration and exposure of sterilizing agents, types and sizes of the explants, duration of the cultivation cycle in conditions in vitro on a non-hormonal nutrient medium according to the Murashige and Skoog recipe with/of sucrose concentration for morphogenesis and rhizogenesis, establishing the optimum conditions of graded adaptation of regenerant plants to the conditions of unprotected soil. |
