METHOD FOR TREATING VENOUS TROPHIC ULCER

A method for treating the venous trophic ulcer comprises the autodermoplasty with the split perforated dermal flap. 40-60 mL of the venous blood is collected from the peripheral vein of the patient. The platelet-enriched plasma is obtained by two-step centrifugation. The trophical ulcer is sanitized and dissected until the adequate blood supply. The film with platelet-enriched plasma is applied onto the trophic ulcer and covered with the sterile dressing. On the second day, the dressing is changed and the free autodermoplasty with the split perforated dermal flap is provided or Tirsch method is used. The next dressing is changed on the fifth day with application of the new film with platelet-enriched plasma.
