摘要 A method for control of specific gravity of sands of deslimer unloading includes indirect determination of specific gravity of unloading sands as a signal from receiving device, conversion of the signal from the receiving device to the value of specific gravity of unloading sands. One compares the value obtained to the preset value, with sending to the control system a signal on the value of difference between the real value of specific gravity of sands and reference one. One sends by the control system a control signal to actuating device of the gate of unloading unit of deslimer. The receiving device is arranged as a pressure sensor. One affects the sensor with thickened sands from deslimer with formation of a signal. After that the value of pressure obtained is transformed to the value of specific gravity of unloading sands. One carries out calibration by data of laboratory analyses and compares the real value of unloading sand specific gravity to reference one. After that the determined difference of the preset value and the real value of unloading sand specific gravity one transforms to control signal. By means of sensors one forms information signal with transmission it to control system. One corrects the position of the actuating device of the body of the gate of unloading unit.
