METHOD FOR CALIBRATON OF TEMPERATURE SENSORS

摘要

A method for high-accuracy calibration of interchangeable temperature sensors includes setting and stabilization of given temperature in cryostat or thermostat, measurement of output signal of thermometer – voltage drop at constant direct current in points of working range of temperatures, calculation of thermometric characteristics with use of cubic splines with free nodes. Measurement of output signal of thermometer is carried out in two groups of temperature points first of which corresponds to the modes of cubic spline that describes the standard thermometric characteristic of interchangeable temperature sensors.
