METHOD FOR DIAGNOSING CHRONIC PULMONARY HEART IN PATIENTS WITH CHRONIC OBSTRUCTIVE DISEASE OF LUNGS

The method for diagnosing the chronic pulmonary heart in the patients with the chronic obstructive disease of the lungs comprises echocardiography of morpho-functional parameters of the heart and the assessment of the clinical state of the patient. The intensity of the shortness of breath is assessed according to ten-point Borg scale. The state of the external respiration is assessed by the ratio of the forced expiratory volume for the first second to the forced vital capacity. The time for attaining the maximal flow rate in the ostium of the pulmonary artery and the right ventricular pre-ejection time are measured.
