FIELD: construction. ^ SUBSTANCE: pipeline sealing device comprises a plug from an elastic material, which separates cavities of high and low pressure. Cavities are formed by conical surfaces coupled along a circular edge. The plug is installed inside the ledge with interference fit and is arranged at the side of a lower pressure cavity with a disc installed inside an elastic material and equipped with a tail protruding beyond the external surface of the elastic material. On the cut of the lower pressure cavity there is a protective disc, the side surface of which is coupled with the conical surface of the lower pressure cavity. The end external surface of the protective disc protrudes beyond the end of the lower pressure cavity. The protective disc is arranged with a hollow cylinder rigidly fixed with a tail via a fixation element in the form of a glue line. On the disc tail there is a circular lug, the external surface of which is equidistant to the conical surface of the lower pressure cavity and contacts with it. ^ EFFECT: design provides for protection of a pipeline against impact of external damaging factors. ^ 2 cl, 1 dwg |
