FIELD: process engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of elastomer compositions for tires production. Proposed extruder comprises housing, core fitted therein to extend along lengthwise axis. Note here that said core and housing confine annular chamber, multiple extrusion screws arranged in said annular chamber along lengthwise axis, at least, one first fluid circuit for temperature adjustment inside annular chamber by heat exchange. Note here that said first circuit is arranged in core to comprise central shaft extending in core along lengthwise axis and multiple parallel peripheral channels extending in core peripheral section nearby annular chamber to communicated with central channel. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency of temperature control of composition. ^ 36 cl, 9 dwg |
