PURPOSE: A transparent soundproof wall structure for a road is provided to prevent environmental contamination caused by contaminated water by efficiently discharging the contaminated water after a washing process. CONSTITUTION: A transparent soundproof wall structure for a road is composed as follows. Front and rear pipes(40,50) are installed on the front and rear surfaces of an H-beam(20) using pipe hangers(30) and pipe clamps(32). Front and rear nozzles(42,52) are installed on the front and rear pipes, respectively. A washing water supply pipe(60) is connected to the bottom end of the front pipe. A discharge port of a pump is connected to the washing water supply pipe. The washing water supply pipe is connected to the bottom end of the rear pipe through a branch pipe(66). Insertion parts formed on both ends of a gutter(70) are inserted into the H-beam. A downward inclined bottom plane is formed toward a drain pipe installed on the bottom of the gutter. The inside the gutter is divided into front and rear chambers using a partition plate. A cutoff plate is formed on the bottom surface of the gutter to close the space formed between the gutter and a soundproof wall foundation(80). Cutting parts, in which the lower brackets of the H-beam are located, are formed on the bottoms of the left and right of the cutoff plate. A main drain pipe(82) buried in the bottom of the soundproof wall foundation is connected to the drain pipe of the gutter through a vertical drain pipe(84).
