PURPOSE: A fastening device for an implant is provided to easily fasten various parts without other devices in an implant operation. CONSTITUTION: A fastening device for an implant comprises a mounting unit(110), a working unit(130), and a cover(150). The mounting unit is installed to a handling tool like a handpiece and consists of a chuck unit and a female coupling unit. The working unit is connected to the mounting unit and performs a coupling work and consists of a male coupling unit and a part coupling unit. The cover prevents foreign materials from penetrating into the male coupling unit and female coupling unit during an implant operation.
