FIELD: machine building. ^ SUBSTANCE: device includes bottom, vibration table with a plate to fix tested assemblies and units of items and mechanisms for excitation of vibropercussion vibrations in the form of impact mechanism like hammer on it. Vibropercussion vibration mechanism has the possibility of adjusting the hammer fall. Hammer is suspended on beam by means of cardan suspension so that it can be shifted to equal distance in post, and it can adjust the beam movement with hammer between two clamps of post. On the same beam there eccentrically installed relative to hammer suspension is swivel wheel with the plank picking up the hammer pin during the wheel turning about its axis, at that, the pin is made on impact part of hammer, for lifting of hammer to the required height prior to the blow on the plate. Arm is installed on elongated part of hammer and moved along it when it is required to adjust the angle of pin exit from wheel plank. Bench is equipped with brake and ruler with designation of exit angles of pin from wheel plank. Pipe is passed through holes made in posts for reliable fixation of oscillation excitation mechanism during adjustment and installation of the item. Brake of the bench includes two pipes on each of which one eye lug is fixed, and actuating rod of brake is fixed on the pipe which is the most distance from the plate. Pipes are freely suspended on frame by means of two pins with possibility of shifting those pins along vertical plane together with the whole brake in the holes made in post of test bench with the pitch which is the same to that of bench hammer. ^ EFFECT: possible adjustment of larger number of impact parameters, and accurate result. ^ 3 cl, 2 dwg |
