RESILIENT PAD UNDER A BEARING PLATE OF A RAIL FASTENER

A resilient pad under a bearing plate of rail fastener, as a rectangular plate that has side shoulders for holding with respect of long displacements, through openings for fixation of the pad to the other elements of the rail fastener and dead vertical openings that are uniformly arranged at the side of the lower plane of the pad. Dead vertical openings are arranged in variable shape, in the lower part – as a truncated cone that continuously goes into a cylinder to the middle of the pad.
