METHOD FOR ASSESSING EFFICACY OF ROZUVASTATIN IN TREATING ISCHEMIC HEART DISEASE WITH ANGINA PECTORIS AND ARTERIAL HYPERTENSION WITH IMPAIRMENT OF DIASTOLIC FUNCTION OF LEFT VENTRICLE ACCORDING TO HYPERTROPHIC TYPE

摘要

A method for assessing efficacy of rozuvastatin in treating ischemic heart disease with angina pectoris and arterial hypertension with impairment of diastolic function of left ventricle according to hypertrophic type comprises the comparison of patient state before and after treatment. Before treatment of rozuvastatin the Doppler study is conducted in patient in the state of rest and transmittal blood flow is determined by measuring rate of early diastolic filling. After treatment with rozuvastatin the similar study is carried out. Rates before and after treatment are compared and hemodynamic result is estimated as well as antianginal effect.
