A pharmaceutical composition for treating cancer comprises the active ingredient Bortezomib and excipient mannitol with weight ratio from 1:12 to 1:8. The composition is produced by freeze-drying of the solution containing Bortezomib, mannitol, tert-butanol and water with the following concentrations: Bortezomib 0.7-1.3 mg/mL, mannitol 7-13 mg/mL, tert-butanol 0.2-0.6 mL/mL. |
