<p>PURPOSE: A solar cell and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to arrange a buffer layer which includes aluminum between a cadmium sulfide buffer layer and a front electrode, thereby effectively combining the front electrode and a light absorption layer. CONSTITUTION: A light absorption layer(300) is formed on a rear electrode(200). A first buffer layer(400) is formed on the light absorption layer. A second buffer layer(500) which includes aluminum is formed on the first buffer layer. A front electrode(650) is formed on the second buffer layer. A third buffer layer(450) is formed between the first buffer layer and the second buffer layer.</p> |
