PURPOSE: An antisense nucleic acid to granulin-epithelin precursor(GEP) and a composition containing the same are provided to suppress and treat hepatocellular carcinoma. CONSTITUTION: An antisense nucleic acid which suppresses granulin-epithelin precursor(GEP) expression contains siRNA having a base selected from sequence numbers 1-3; or shRNA having oligonucleotide(complementary oligonucleotide) which is linked to the siRNA through a linker sequence from the 5'-end or 3'-end. The shRNA has a base selected sequence numbers 4-9. A pharmaceutical composition for treating granulin-epithelin precursor-derived diseases contains the antisense nucleic acid or recombinant vector containing the nucleic acid.
