The device has a U-shaped lower mandibular gutter (1) and a U-shaped upper jawbone gutter (2) with respective upper face (11) and a lower face having connection elements for connecting the gutters. The elements include tabs (3) extending symmetrically on both sides of a symmetry sagittal plane, according to an anterior-posterior direction. A central part (32) of the tabs forms an acute angle (alpha) with each gutter. Ends (30, 31) of the tabs occupy the variable orientation with respect to the gutters, respectively to move aside or move closer to connect the gutters during a request. The tabs are made of elastically deformable material.
