FIELD: construction. ^ SUBSTANCE: road mix contains bitumen, a polymer additive, a mineral filler. The mineral filler is a mixture of a spent proppant, which is an oil-containing waste of granulated silica-alumina powders with granule size from 0.2 to 2 mm, and a regenerated zeolite with fraction size of 5-20 mm. The polymer additive is represented by ground secondary wastes of polyethylene terephthalate. The ratio of the components is as follows, wt %: bitumen - 5.5; polymer additive - 0.15; spent proppant - 40-50; regenerated zeolite - balance. ^ EFFECT: road mix has higher strength properties, higher values of water and frost resistance, with both affordable and economically efficient technology of preparation. ^ 3 tbl, 5 ex |
