The assembly has a derivation part (4) placed above a bottle cover (2). An insertion part (40) is arranged on bottom of the derivation part. The insertion part is inserted in a perforation (33) of a positioning base (3). A bevel is arranged above the insertion part. A punched hole (42) is provided in center of the bevel. A stopper (5) is placed on the derivation part. A positioning stopper (50) is placed on a base of the stopper. The positioning stopper is provided in another perforation of the derivation part. Duct deepening parts (51) are arranged in the positioning stopper.
